For the serious Marx collector , I have a like new in the box Louis Marx ho layout that was used by stores during the Christmas season to promote their train sets. this one was sent to W.T. Grant store in Rochester NH, it measures 3 feet by 4 feet, it is in perfect condition, This is so rare that it is not listed in the Marx price guide, very few people even know that this exist, I am interested in selling it.
